Frédéric Bosc

Independent LoRaWAN Consultant & IoT Engineer

I'm an IoT engineer specialized in LoRaWAN-connected devices. Over the years I've worked with international clients on large-scale IoT networks, including overseeing the operation of 400,000 LoRaWAN gateways for a globally funded startup.

Most of my work sits where hardware meets software: choosing devices that hold up in the field, building the network and data infrastructure behind them, and handing the whole thing over with source code, documentation, and training so your team can run it without me. I work independently, with no ties to any vendor or manufacturer.

Telecom infrastructure either runs quietly for years or it becomes everyone's problem, and the difference is usually in the details, so I give them the attention they deserve. That same discipline is what keeps projects on schedule. What you get in the end is a system that is stable and reliable, delivered on time.

If there is one principle behind all of it, it is to think long term. That shapes the hardware I specify, the architecture I choose, and the way I work with the people I build for. Deployments are rarely finished when they go live, and I am there for what comes next.
