A prototype on your actual site comes first, because no spreadsheet will tell you whether the radio reaches or the battery lasts. You get a straight answer either way, including when LoRaWAN is the wrong tool for the job. And when nothing on the market fits, I build the device myself, schematic through to firmware that survives a winter outdoors, and every file it took is yours.

Devices, gateways, network server, storage and dashboards built as one system rather than five that happen to sit next to each other. It hands its data to the systems you already run, over MQTT, HTTP or a direct database connection. Source code, documentation and training for the team that inherits it.
💧 Smart Water Metering
Consumption broken out by zone, unit or process, and leaks caught within hours instead of the 30 to 90 days a manual reading cycle takes to notice them. Clamp-on ultrasonic meters go on in half an hour without cutting pipe or shutting off supply. The dashboard shows the overnight baseline, which is where a standing leak stops being invisible.

Energy measured per unit for multi-tenant buildings, RV hookups, EV charging and solar self-consumption, metered at the point the load actually sits. Clamp-on current sensors fit around existing conductors, so the switchboard stays as it is.
